Front Desk Representative at Tamarack Lodge
Assists with reservations registers guests into and checks guests out of hotel. Provides information regarding the hotel services and meets guest needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Impeccable guest service skills and computer skills. Sells other Mammoth services such as lift tickets and retail. Completes daily checklist to insure operational consistency. Dispatches bell persons, housekeepers, shuttle and maintenance service employees in response to guest requests and follows up. Provides information about rooms, hotel, ski area and local area. Computes bills, collects payments and resolves billing disputes.
